Here at Marshall Strength, we believe that the training program you follow should be tailored to your unique needs, goals and season of life.
Personal Training
Individualized Workouts

Work one-on-one with Dennis or Jenn and receive the highest level of service, attention and accountability

Customized programming tailored to your goals, abilities and needs

Available in packages of 4,8,12 or 16 sessions (60 minute sessions)
Semi-Private Training
Individualized workouts, group camaraderie and support

Train alongside 1-3 additional people under the supervision of Dennis or Jenn
-
Each person is following their own individualized workout

Receive a high degree of support, coaching and accountability at a fraction of the cost of Private Training
-
Available in packages of 8,12 or 16 sessions (60 minute sessions)

All new clients must start with 4 Private Training sessions before enrolling in Semi-Private Training sessions
Small Group Classes
Specific populations, specific goals
-
Groups of no more than 6 people training together for 6 weeks
-
Sessions will be focused on specific populations (i.e. Postpartum Women) with similar goals
-
Everyone follows the same training program with workouts tailored to your individual abilities
